*Position Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fostering strategic partnerships.
*Responsibilities:*
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
-Prepare and present reports on business development activities, including sales results, forecasts, and market analysis.
-Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and implementation
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential business growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent project management abilities to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
