Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Process files and paperwork. Calculate costs of orders. Complete and process international purchase orders. Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and records. Prepare purchase orders. Process purchases. Order and purchase equipment. Maintain inventory of equipment. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Computer and technology knowledge: SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
