The mortgage broker will have ongoing support from our team leaders. The outlook for this position is to grow into a knowledgeable professional and build your own team/business. This position is 100% commission. *DLC Platinum Clear Trust Mortgages offer full support and sales training through:* * Regular personalized Training and coaching * Strategic business planning * Goal setting * Lender workshops * Focus group sessions * Online training support * Guided sales calls * Relationship building activities * Lead Generation ,Marketing and Social Media Training * Realtor in-house placement *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Taking inbound calls, online, by phone, or in person leads from referral partners and converting these to closed mortgage applications * Developing relationships with business partners and referral sources * Working closely with our lending partners to ensure a smooth mortgage process *Qualifications and Skills:* * Highly motivated self-starter with new licensee or 1-2 yrs lending/ sales experience * Attention to detail * Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment * Exceptional customer service skills * Excellent communication skills in English _(other languages an asset)_ * Be eligible to work in Canada *Compensation:* We also offer a very competitive commission structure.
