Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to negotiate and analyze situations
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse customers
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide team members effectively
- Proficiency in project management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$22.28 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
