Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Use computer software to assess customer files for completeness. Maintain and complete inspection and grading reports. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Greet customers.
