- Develop detailed recipes and preparation instructions to ensure consistency across all franchise locations. - Create standardized portion sizes and plating guides.- Develop menu items that cater to diverse dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-free options.- Regularly review and update existing menu items to keep them fresh and aligned with current food trends.- Ensure that all menu items meet the companys quality, taste, and presentation standards.- Ensure that all ingredients meet the companys standards for freshness and sustainability.- Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure all franchisees comply with health regulations.- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling menu descriptions and promotional materials.- Develop cost-effective recipes that maximize profitability without compromising on quality.- Introduce seasonal and limited-time offerings to keep the menu dynamic and exciting.
