Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Perform routine clerical duties. Pick up and deliver materials. Provide customer service. Provide information on available materials. Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers. Set up and maintain inventory control system. Verify stock availability from current inventories. Dispose of and account for outdated stock. Maintain stock rotation. Pack items for shipping and distribution. Place stock on shelves. Unpack goods received. Verify receipts and packing slips. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Organized. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
