Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Establish and implement policies and procedures. Manage contracts. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Oversee payroll administration. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. Accounting software.
