Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems. Maintain detailed repair, inspection and certification records and reports. Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul and cleaning, and reassemble. Interpret blueprints/specifications/standards and written technical instructions. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : AME «S» Licence - Structures. CAMC Aircraft Maintenance Technician Certification. Aircraft experience: Large jet airplanes. Large turboprops. Small jet airplane. Small turboprops. Structural repair experience - aircraft: Aircraft structures - general. Aircraft sheet metal structures. Aircraft composite structures. Type of industry experience: Repair and overhaul facility. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Hand-eye co-ordination. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Dependability. Excellent oral communication.
