Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Supervise other workers. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Conduct performance reviews. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
